Junghans debuts in 2025 Speedweeks at Ocala Speedway
Chase Junghans made a surprise appearance at the newly renamed Ocala (FL) Speedway on Thursday for the final three rounds of Wieland Winter Nationals.
After an early exit in his heat race on Thursday put a damper on his night, Junghans returned to action on Friday as he joined 42 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries at the uniquely shaped 3/8-mile oval on Friday. Racing into the $12,000-to-win A-Main with the final transfer spot in his heat, Chase was an early retiree from the 50-lap affair on lap 22.
On Saturday, Junghans participated in hot laps but ultimately decided to sit out the remainder of the evening, opting to watch the action from the sidelines as a spectator.
